In April 2024, WEEE4Future, promoted by Consorzio RLG, landed at the IISS Copernico Pascoli in Verona, aimed at raising awareness among young people on the correct recycling of electronic waste and spent batteries. The initiative involved a class of the high school for the training meetings, but was then extended to the entire institute for the collection phase, involving numerous students, professors, and school staff. Thanks to the efforts of everyone, 70 kg of WEEE and batteries were collected. This important result demonstrates the effectiveness of the project in raising awareness among young people towards sustainable and conscious recycling practices. Thanks are due to the collection organisation Amia, whose support was crucial for the success of the initiative.
